Sunfish Lake is where Larisa's parents cabin is located. Another sunset pic with an unused rod in the foreground.
This pic was taken on that hike I mention in the outdoor album. That's the Golden Gate behind us.
This was taken on a boat as we were cruising at top speed to the Gulf stream in the Atlantic off the East Coast. Some old friends and myself were going to fish for tuna. Although we didn't catch anything, I did get this incredible sunrise shot.
on an ancient stone lizard head. This was taken at Chitzen Itza, a famous Mayan ruin in the Yucatan. Larisa and I were on our honeymoon in Mexico. I had to use a whole roll of film to get this semi-perfect shot.
this was taken on the beach behind my parents house. It kinda looks like she is contemplating the sunset somehow.
This is the river behind my parents house. As you can see, I like to take capture the slendour of sunsets.
the name we gave to a place where myself and college friends would hang out in the woods. The day this was taken was our first time of many times there. Taking this picture was the biggesst pain in the ass, we had no stand to put it on and the battery cover was not holding the batteries in, but thanks to Rob, a magician with a stick and some string, we were able to capture this perfect moment in time.
This was one of the best hikes I have ever been on. We were hiking in 2ft of fresh snow and doing it in the backcountry, meaning no trails to follow. The group of people I'm with are friends of one of my coworkers. If I had stayed in SF, I would probably done many more things with them. Eventually we ended up at a cabin to spend the night and dry out.
I took this pic as we were decending down from Mirror Lake. I love the look of the valley. It almost looks fake.
This was taken at full peak of fall foliage. The High Peaks are 46 peaks within a elevation range of about 3800' to 5300'. At the time I didn't have any special camera, so I had to make this stitched shot by luck and then pysically putting the pictures together hence the funny look.
Rob took this picture of the Fellowship of the Ring as we huddled around a fire, the glow of the fire illuminating our faces eerily.
Rob took this pic on a recent trip to San Fran. A ring had formed around the sun and I had Ellie on my back.
A candid moment on one of my days off while I stayed in Colorado for a summer. I only remember being very drunk.
